Audience All Mental Health Workers (MH/DD/SA) working directly with the people served.
 Includes Building positive relationships, decision making and problem solving, assessing risk for escalating behavior, early crisis intervention.
 Length   Approximately 6+ Hours
 Testing Successful completion of a written test.
 Card Completion Certificate
 Vaild For 1 Year

NCI-B

Audience All Mental Health Workers (MH/DD/SA) required to use Physical Techniques.

 Includes

Managing physical assaults and holds, therapeutic holds, walks and optional techniques.
 Length Allow a full day for completion.
 Testing Successful physical skill testing is required to complete course.
 Card Completion Certificate
