FAQ's
Q: What if
something unexpected comes up and I can’t make it to my
scheduled class...do I lose my money?
A: Your payment is non-refundable. We require a 72-hour
notice to cancel/reschedule. If something happens that you
cannot attend, someone else may attend in your place,
however, if that is not the case, your payment is
non-refundable and “re” payment would be required to
“reschedule.”
Q: What if I don’t pass the course/courses I
am taking?
A: We allow you to reschedule and repeat
any course you have not passed, one time, at
no additional charge. If you don’t pass after taking the
course twice, paying again is required to reschedule.
Q: What if I get delayed due
to unexpected work/family situation – can I arrive late?
A: We prefer that
everyone be on time and no more than 15 minutes late.
Information missed is not re-covered.
Q: When do I receive my
“certification” card?
A: If you pay for your class – you receive
the card upon completion of the class (same day). If your
company is paying, it varies. Some companies require all
cards be sent directly to them. Some companies allow you to
get the card and then take it to them. Check with your
employer for their policy.
Q: If I can’t get a
babysitter for my child or if I can’t get coverage for my
client, can I bring them to the class with me?
A: No. We do not allow children, clients,
spouses, significant others, etc. to wait for you inside our
class/office. Only people scheduled for the class are
allowed to attend.
Q: What if I lose my card; can you
give me another one?
A: There is a $10.00 charge
to re-print cards/certificates. We do not keep copies of
every
card we give out but we do keep accurate records of who we
teach and as long as we can
verify your training with CPR S.T.A.T. we can reproduce the
card/certificate. Please note:
We have an agreement with many companies who send employees
to us that if they (the company) pay for the training, we
will not reproduce the card without their (the company’s)
permission |
